As a key member of our IT audit and compliance team, you will be responsible for assisting with the scoping and documentation of information technology and data security audits related to our Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct IT risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.
  • Enhance IT policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure corporate compliance.
  • Drive the development of IT security-related processes, risks, and controls for IT-dependent business processes.
  • Evaluate and ensure remediation of identified control deficiencies in a timely manner.
  • Support and monitor the SOC review program, including obtaining relevant SOC reports, coordinating review performance, and providing status updates.
  • Monitor emerging risks and drive the management of internal and external control design for new products, processes, and system implementation.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience with internal and external auditing of complex IT environments of publicly-traded and regulated companies.
  • Experience with developing IT audit documentation, including data and business process flows.
  • Experience with IT risk assessment projects involving general computer control areas and the IT governance framework (COBIT), Sarbanes Oxley, PCAOB, and the COSO framework.
  • Experience with evaluating IT security and controls on on-premise, homegrown, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Experience with performing audit-based data analytics on financial technology, including applying audit and compliance management tools.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, JavaScript, Oracle databases, SQL, and Python.
