Key Responsibilities- Conduct IT risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.
- Enhance IT policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure corporate compliance.
- Drive the development of IT security-related processes, risks, and controls for IT-dependent business processes.
- Evaluate and ensure remediation of identified control deficiencies in a timely manner.
- Support and monitor the SOC review program, including obtaining relevant SOC reports, coordinating review performance, and providing status updates.
- Monitor emerging risks and drive the management of internal and external control design for new products, processes, and system implementation.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience with internal and external auditing of complex IT environments of publicly-traded and regulated companies.
- Experience with developing IT audit documentation, including data and business process flows.
- Experience with IT risk assessment projects involving general computer control areas and the IT governance framework (COBIT), Sarbanes Oxley, PCAOB, and the COSO framework.
- Experience with evaluating IT security and controls on on-premise, homegrown, and cloud-based technologies.
- Experience with performing audit-based data analytics on financial technology, including applying audit and compliance management tools.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, JavaScript, Oracle databases, SQL, and Python.
- Telecommuting options available from anywhere in the US with manager's approval.
- A competitive salary of $113,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year.
