The DBE Compliance Manager will take part in administering Skanska’s DBE Compliance Program for the projects to which he or she is assigned or assigned to review. The DBE Compliance Manager shall ensure that the Skanska project employees are aware of and have been trained on Skanska’s DBE Compliance Program and Management Policy as well as the DBE Compliance Manual (collectively, the “DBE Program”). The DBE Compliance Manager reports directly to the Business Unit DBE Compliance Officer (UDCO) or Project Manager, as determined. The DBE Compliance Manager will ensure program compliance through a review of the DBE subcontractors, suppliers (regular dealers), manufacturers, truckers, brokers and all other vendors (collectively, the “Vendors”) associated with a project under all relevant federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations as they pertain to the DBE Program and related programs.
DBE Compliance Manager Required Qualifications:
- Analyze and understand regulatory systems
- Knowledge of the Federal, state and local laws and regulations that pertain to DBE compliance, FAR compliance and related programs, including construction practices and contracts.
- Associates degree in accounting/business, contracting, or construction management or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience
