Medcor is seeking a full-time Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Marketing Team to architect and manage a best-in-class marketing automation ecosystem. Taking ownership of contact databases, the specialist will build complex and evolving workflows, optimizing lead journeys at the enterprise level. They will also lead continuous evaluation and enhancement of Medcor's websites and the Marketing, Sales and Customer Success tech stack. This position is Hybrid, with locations in Sioux Falls, SD and McHenry, IL. Minneapolis, MN location will be Remote. Standard schedule will be 8:00a-5:00p Monday thru Friday. What You'll Do: Maintain leads throughout the journeys including data syncs between the MAP and contact relationship management platform (CRM), recommending and enhancing lead scoring. Serve as marketing automation platform (MAP) owner, leading the execution of automated lead nurturing and retention campaigns, workflows, and reporting. Leverage a strong understanding of business acumen and critical thinking to assess the impact of MAP and CRM systems on business operations and revenue growth. Ensure data consistency and integrity across platforms. Partner with sales and customer success teams to leverage the MAP and CRM for effective lead nurturing and customer relationship management. Optimize tracking links, lead generation forms, and landing pages, facilitating data integration between websites, email service providers, and MAP. Leverage project management software (Asana) to effectively collaborate and coordinate with team members. Troubleshoot and resolve website and MAP issues including integrating the MAP with the CRM and other essential business tools to ensure seamless data flow. Partner with external digital agency to ensure ongoing adherence to website architecture. Collaborate with IT to ensure proper website hosting, security, and performance. Maintain and update Medcor's websites, ensuring flawless functionality across all devices; optimization for search engines; and compliance with applicable copyright, privacy and data protection laws and accessibility laws. Maintain a deep and evolving understanding of marketing automation and website strategies and serve as SME, advising on industry trends and innovations to achieve Marketing objectives. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in relevant field. 3 years of marketing automation/digital marketing experience demonstrating a deep understanding of B2B marketing principles. Preferred experience with HubSpot and/or Microsoft Customer Insights-Journeys. 2+ years of experience owning and optimizing website channels, including web content management systems. 2+ years of experience with CRM platforms, Microsoft Dynamics 365/Customer Insights preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of Google Analytics 4; Search Console; Tag Manager and Ads. Familiarity with working within project management platforms. Adobe Creative Cloud experience. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Web Development or related field. 5+ years of marketing automation experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of B2B marketing principles with HubSpot and/or Microsoft Customer Insights - Journeys. 3+ years' experience with WordPress. 3+ years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365/Customer Insights. 1+ years experience with Asana. Experience with digital architecture tools such as Figma or Lucidchart. Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency. Basic animation skills (e.g. GIF creation) a plus.
