Narratent was established in 2019, when two college friends partnered up on a side project to design a website. That project later evolved into a side hustle designing more websites. Then, the side hustle evolved into a strategic, creative and digital marketing agency. Since then Narratent has flourished into a team of strategists, creatives, and analysts headquartered in Chicago’s downtown River North area.


We’ve been tapped by groundbreaking and emerging brands such as NBC Sports, BET Networks, Universal Music Group, Waymaker Media, Pronghorn, and Rush University Medical Center. The company that started as a web design shop has since expanded into a comprehensive suite of capabilities, including social media, email marketing, brand strategy, creative production, and multicultural consulting. We are dedicated to crafting compelling stories for our clients through innovative marketing solutions and plan to become the planet’s most revolutionary and relatable marketing agency.


Position Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist or consultant with a strong background in HubSpot’s email marketing capabilities. This role involves leading complex email marketing campaigns from conception to execution, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing engagement.

  • Develop, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns using HubSpot
  • Build and customize email templates to align with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and engagement
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to assess campaign performance
  • Generate comprehensive reports on email marketing metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
  • Provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling email content
  • Develop strategies for list segmentation and personalization to enhance targeting
  • Stay updated with email marketing best practices and industry trends.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience using HubSpot's email marketing capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously


Preferred Experience

  • Experience in digital marketing agencies or related industries
  • Familiarity with other digital marketing tools and platforms
