Key Responsibilities:


Design and implement detailed marketing strategies aimed at boosting brand recognition, lead generation, and sales for small to medium enterprises across multiple sectors.

Oversee the complete lifecycle of email marketing campaigns, from initial discovery and troubleshooting to execution, testing, and post-campaign evaluation.
Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including website oversight, SEO enhancement, email outreach, and social media strategies.
Administer the company's CRM platform, focusing on data analysis, audience segmentation, and campaign automation.
Direct graphic design projects to produce visually appealing marketing materials, such as website visuals, digital advertisements, and printed collateral.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep marketing efforts fresh and competitive.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members.
Analyze marketing performance metrics to refine campaigns and promote ongoing improvement.
Effectively manage marketing budgets to maximize return on investment and achieve business goals.
Collaborate with clients from various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, to understand their specific marketing requirements and develop customized strategies.

Must-Haves:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing automation, particularly in journey design, email campaign management, and technical execution.
Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SMFC), with hands-on experience in Journey Builder, Automation, and SQL scripting.
Proficient in the discovery, troubleshooting, construction, and testing phases necessary for email journey deployment.
Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data for informed decision-making and campaign enhancement.
Experience in developing quality assurance/user acceptance testing plans.

Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate messages and engage with varied audiences.

Analytical Skills:
Ability to monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.

Leadership:
Proven leadership skills to collaborate with internal teams and effectively manage marketing projects.

Nice-to-Haves:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Experience in appointment-setting and lead generation activities.
Familiarity with the Australian market and telecommunications industry is advantageous.
Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other relevant marketing automation platforms is a plus but not mandatory.
