The position of Call Center Specialist at Orchard Meadows Family Dental and Denture Clinic goes beyond merely answering incoming calls. They are instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our daily activities. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to all incoming patient inquiries via phone, email, & text. Answer calls using our 5-Star system. Accurately identify type of caller and forward to appropriate personnel as needed. Handle the flow of the call and answer caller’s questions without imposing barriers. Answer phone with a smile, be upbeat and courteous, and be responsive to caller’s needs. Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes. Record proper documentation of calls in call log. Schedule appointments accurately according to our scheduling templates. Maintain and monitor schedule for inaccuracies, flow, and daily goals. Place confirmation calls for appointments scheduled for the upcoming day. Utilize ASAP and Unscheduled lists to fill the Providers schedules. Communicate with the team any necessary information regarding the schedule. Monitor emails, voicemails, & text messages. Perform opening and closing duties per office protocol. Update patient information in database system. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality to HIPAA standards. Be present and active at all team meetings. Qualities of the Ideal Candidate: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills. Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Dental Intel. NexHealth. Call Center Experience. Scheduling Experience. Physical and Work Requirements: Sitting 80%. Standing/Walking 20%. Hearing – must be able to hear telephonic equipment and communicate with patients. Vision – must be able to see details at a close range as required for business software.
