As a Call Center Representative at Clicklease, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Provide information about Clicklease products and services.
• Process customer orders, applications, and payments.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
