Call Center Representative:
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Call Center Representative to join their team
Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle incoming request from customers and resolve issues promptly and thoroughly.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or mail.
- Assist with placements o f orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Previous call center experience.
- Good written communication.
- Telecommunication knowledge preferred
- Bilingual preferred
- 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance

- Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit
