ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Proactively supports our "Life Matters" brand and culture.
  • Assist members with informational or transactional requests with accuracy and in accordance with policy and procedure guidelines.
  • Effectively deal with member concerns which may include researching, determining possible resolutions, etc.
  • Able to handle member discrepancies, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all credit union products and services including features and benefits.
  • Assist and educate members on HawaiiUSA's online and mobile banking platforms.
  • Multitask across systems and applications, analyze and resolve technical issues, and comfortably navigate member problems over the phone.
  • Ability to work both independently and cohesively with others and fosters a team environment.
  • Ability to handle all confidential matters professionally; always maintaining the privacy of our member's account information.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • 6 months of high-volume customer service experience.
  • Previous Financial Institution experience preferred.
  • Must be available Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm and Saturday 8am-1:30pm.
MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Sitting for prolonged periods at a desk working on a computer.
  • Standing for prolonged periods of time in a stationary position.
  • Reaching, bending, twisting, turning frequently.

The expected pay range for Member Solution Center Call Center Representative I is $20-$22/ hour.
