Note:
  • This position will be fully remote
Job Responsibilities for TA/HR Coordinator
  • Monitor and respond to the Jobs mailbox. Escalate questions to the correct parties to answer
  • Point of contact for Eightfold support
  • Provide shipping oversight, inventory oversight, and weekly engagement for materials needed for recruitment and for recruitment events
  • Checking candidate applications, verifying submitted transcripts, and validating prescreen questions (Eightfold transcripts)
  • Support with scheduling second round interviews with candidates
  • Creating birthday, service anniversaries, important dates PowerPoint slides for monthly meeting
  • Candidate matching for development program positions
  • Manage the team SharePoint calendar

Skill set requirements:
  • The manager is looking for 3+ years of demonstrated experience with the following skills:
  • Experience with Talent Acquisition and recruiting
  • Microsoft office suite - especially Word and Excel. Should be proficient with these programs
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong teamwork, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
  • Previous experience as a junior or entry level recruiter - this isn't required, but will set your candidate apart from other applicants
  • Experience with Eightfold is helpful, but not required
