As a Human Resources and Labor Relations Intern, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects that provide practical learning in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, or Labor Relations.



**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Analyze data to identify root causes and recommend solutions for Human Resources or Labor Relations related business issues.
  • Partner with HR or LR Manager to understand business operations from a strategic and tactical perspective.
  • Participate in automation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Focus on a project in your department that you'll present to our Leadership Team.



**Requirements:**

  • Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Labor or Industrial Relations, Labor & Employment Law, Management, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
  • Expected graduation date of December 2024 and beyond.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA required of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
  • Collaborative team member with strong initiative and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS systems such as Outlook, Excel, etc.
  • Self-starter who is results-oriented, resourceful, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious, and takes initiative and risks.
