Job Summary:

Volt is seeking a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to support our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for maintaining employee records, tracking data, and scheduling various activities. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of tactical tasks to support HR, including maintaining employee records and tracking data.
  • Assist in routine staffing activities, such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate training classes and track training hours.
  • Provide support to employees with daily issues and maintain confidential data.
  • Prepare management reports and utilize HR tools to extract data.

Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Previous experience as a junior or entry-level recruiter.
  • Experience with HR tools, such as SAP and Business Objects, is helpful.

Work Environment:

This is a remote position with a 1st shift schedule, Monday through Friday. The duration of the assignment is 12+ months. The pay rate is $18-$20 per hour, with a range based on factors such as education, work experience, and job duties.
