Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service: Be the welcoming face of our office, Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Keep our office running smoothly: Handle general office duties, including filing, data entry, scheduling appointments, and ordering supplies.
  • Embrace technology: Utilize our systems and tools to manage client information, track property details, and generate reports.
  • Strive for efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve office processes and streamline operations.
  • Be a team player: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
