What You’ll Do:

  • Work alongside Team Members, modeling desired behaviors (Leads by Example)
  • Utilize leadership skills to ensure team stays productive completing daily duties and projects
  • Ensure C-Store employees are given breaks in accordance to company policy
  • Trains team members on policies and procedures and provides feedback
  • Communicates company initiatives to employees
  • Inventory Control (Vendor relations)
  • Control labor costs. (Make labor decisions based on business needs)
  • Assist with daily administrative needs
  • Advanced POS/DRB knowledge. (You will be troubleshooting unique customer situations)
  • De-escalate customer issues
  • Close store on occasion

What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous experience supervising others, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Flexible schedule: including days, afternoons/evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • An outgoing, energetic personality with the desire to work in a team centered environment.
  • Ability to bend, twist, and stand for long periods of time, to perform essential job duties.
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and follow directions.
  • Willingness to follow company dress code and operational guidelines.
  • Food Handlers Card (We will help you get this if you do not possess one)
