The role of the patient coordinator is to provide sales support for the onboarding of new patients across all physicians of Freedom Healthworks. When not managing patient sales, the patient coordinator will assist in the tasks associated with physician onboarding or any account management as assigned.

Patient Sales

* Monitor Freedom Healthworks sales platform for patient engagement during shift

* Manage sales desk inbox through tagging and archiving of conversations

* Manage potential patient leads through contact forms or call-ins

* Guide potential patients through physician-specific membership process

* Interview potential patients to uncover and be able to "play back" their specific needs, motivations, and urgency for a FreedomDoc

* Advise prospective patients in their decision-making process, tailoring presentation to the prospect's motivations and guiding their purchase decision

* Support data collection through various platforms such as physician EMRs, telehealth and billing processor systems

* Track patient information and follow up activities for your pipeline of prospective patients in CRM, especially noting any of their "objections" and addressing them in follow up conversation.

* Become an expert on the Freedom Healthworks communication platform

* Provide exceptional customer service for patients

* Become an expert in direct primary care to educate patients

* Work with the director of clinical operations to create and implement targeted sales strategies

* Identify where improvement is needed in sales practices and make suggestions for improvement

Client Support Administrator

* Handle requests and queries appropriately

* Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data as needed

* Produce reports, presentations and briefs as needed

* Develop and carry out an efficient document and filing system digitally

* Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures

* Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite

* Exemplary planning and time management skills

* Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

* High level verbal and written communications skills

* Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation to clients

* Help prepare for client meetings

* A pro-active approach to problem-solving with strong decision making skills

* Organize client facing shared folders on Google Drive to ensure all files, documents, and properties are included and up to date.

Technical Skills

* Proficient in customary software and cloud-based platforms that are used in today's managed service environments.
