An ideal candidate has sold to credit unions or financial institutions and worked with multiple account executives to support their territories. We need SaaSS athletes that can break into new territories and open new doors for our sales team. We are looking for a candidate located around the Lehi, Utah area. This is a hybrid role, 3 days a week in office.

Responsibilities:

Support account executives with managing leads in their territories Become an ambassador for Eltropy, tell our story Hit weekly and monthly quotas defined by your manager Stay up to date on the credit union market to identify different opportunities for different customers Research and conduct outreach to prospects in partnership with Sales & Marketing Develop and execute outbound strategies to build qualified sales pipeline Develop relationships with prospects and conduct discovery to uncover needs through effective questioning to qualify opportunities Triage and follow up with inbound leads to qualify as sales opportunities Ensure transparency in the demand generation process and identify opportunities for cross-selling existing products Maintain CRM best practices to ensure we have a customer-centric view What You Offer:

1 - 5 years of experience as a Business Development Representative in a software/technology B2B company Proven expertise in cold outreach including but not limited to: Cold Emails, Cold Calls, LinkedIn outreach Knowledge of the credit union landscape, or experience selling to financial institutions An innovative mindset, eager to drive change and make an impact in the financial services technology industry Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers Strong sourcing skills, with a proven ability identify and engage key decision makers Demonstrated ability to work independently in a hybrid setting, working with a team of remote Account Executives Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
