Summary

A Manager of Intercompany Accounting/management Reporting will Coordinate and oversee the Intercompany Accounting activities for the Shared Business Office (SB). This position will lead team members in the preparation of Corporate allocations and ensuring that facilities' intercompany/Management Reporting will prepare a variety of recurring and ad hoc reports for upper management as well as running the monthly General Ledger close process in the accounting system.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Management of Intercompany Accounting and A/P personnel. Preparation of various management reports. Preparation of various monthly journal entries to topside entities. Processing the monthly intercompany posting to the accounting system. Preparation of final monthly intercompany reconciliation. Other special assignments as requested by Assistant Corporate Controller and Director of Corporate Accounting. Training and mentoring for intercompany staff.

Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field from an accredited university

Preferred Education: Master’s in Business Administration

Required Experience: Five (5) or more years of experience in Accounting/Finance setting and general accounting knowledge.

Three (3) or more years of people management experience.

Preferred Experience: Hospital/Healthcare System, multi-site accounting experience

Certified Public Accountant (CPA), preferred; Six Sigma

Computer Skills Required: Google Suite preferred; willingness to learn Oracle and leverage the training, reporting, and process components to excel at the role.
