Position Summary


Reporting to the Clinical leadership within Shared Business Operations (SBO), this position serves as a vital link between Clinic Operations, Corporate Leadership, and Shared Business Operations. The role emphasizes collaboration with colleagues to foster continuous improvement and cultivate a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting:
Responsible for the preparation and presentation of financial documents, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

General Ledger Oversight:
Manage the recording of intercompany financial transactions in the general ledger, ensuring precision and thoroughness in financial records.

Account Reconciliation:
Conduct reconciliations of intercompany accounts, addressing any discrepancies between financial records and transactions.

Accruals and Allocations:
Handle the booking of prepaids, accruals, and the documentation of all expense allocations.

Budget Oversight:
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, ensuring that expenditures align with established budgetary guidelines.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure that all financial records and transactions adhere to accounting standards and regulations, including HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid compliance.


Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with various departments, including accounting, finance, and operations, to guarantee accurate recording and reporting of financial data.

Qualifications

Education:
A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.

Experience:
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a Clinical Accounting/Finance environment, with a solid understanding of general accounting principles.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in a Hospital or Healthcare System, particularly in multi-site accounting settings, is advantageous.

Certifications:
Six Sigma certification is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Google Suite is preferred; a willingness to learn Oracle and utilize its training, reporting, and process components to excel in the role.
