We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and support our workforce. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, capable of developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's objectives and foster a positive work environment. Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws and regulations Manage and lead the HR team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their professional development and effectiveness Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies Conduct performance evaluations, address employee relations issues, and provide guidance on conflict resolution Ensure compliance with all employment-related laws and regulations and update policies and procedures as necessary Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention Manage employee benefits programs and collaborate with external vendors as needed Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement Requirements: Associates degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience 5+ years in a HR role, with a strong understanding of all HR functions and best practices Excellent knowledge of employment laws and regulations Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other relevant software SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus If you are a strategic HR leader passionate about creating a positive work culture and making a difference within a dynamic company, we encourage you to apply.
