The Challenge Awaits As our HR Manager, you will lead the charge in several critical areas:

1. Building the Future

Develop and execute HR systems and processes that will shape our organization's growth and prosperity.

Take the reins on payroll, selecting and implementing HR software that will drive efficiency.

Manage a diverse team of staff members, including volunteers, to create a thriving and harmonious workplace.

2. Strategic Impact

Play a pivotal role in recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract the best talent to join our mission.

Administer benefits, nurture employee relations, and manage leave policies, all while ensuring strict compliance with relevant laws.

Collaborate as a strategic partner to our ED and MHAGC management, championing an organizational culture that is focused on staff and their well-being.

3. Charting the Course

Lead the charge in shaping our long-term human resources strategy, influencing every facet of our HR operations.

Drive organizational development and growth, ensuring that we're always pushing boundaries and making a difference.

Requirements

Human Resources Expertise: Proven experience in HR management, including knowledge of HR best practices, laws, and regulations.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and collaborate with employees at all levels.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to align HR strategies with overall business goals and objectives.

Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion: A commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and management skills to lead and develop HR staff.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Proficiency in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

Employee Relations: Strong understanding of employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.

Proven History of Developing and Implementing an Innovative Wellness Program

Compensation and Benefits: Knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and experience designing competitive compensation packages.

Training and Development: Ability to create and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with all labor and employment laws and regulations.

Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and make data-driven decisions.

Conflict Resolution: Ability to handle conflicts and employee concerns in a fair and diplomatic manner.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Change Management: Experience in managing organizational change and transitions.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple HR functions.
