If so, we are interested in getting to know you As a Business Development Manager with Soni Resources Group you will have the opportunity to connect clients with the professional resourcing and talent solutions they need to win, all while building and managing your book of business, directly influencing your earnings. This role will be focused on attracting clients in the Philadelphia area with Professional Services staffing needs. In this role, youll be one of the first people to interact with potential new clients and ultimately be responsible for growing their portfolio of longstanding clients.

Responsibilities

  • Secure new business with prospects and existing clients in an assigned territory.
  • Manage and qualify potential opportunities from functional leads to create sales
  • Perform timely outbound calls and engage in other forms of communication (i.e., email) to prospect new opportunities.
  • Own the relationship with the client - drive the entire sales cycle, manage client questions/escalations, and pursue opportunities to expand scope and services.
  • Build relationships with consultants on assignments with clients to monitor engagement and develop a deeper understanding of clients.
  • Offers customized workforce solutions to clients by collaborating across teams/brands to leverage the full capability of Soni Resources Group.
