The Global Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing communication campaigns that align with our brand vision, business objectives and innovation strategy. This role requires a creative and smart thinker with a good understanding of the beauty industry, consumer behaviour, communications trends, digital marketing, and the B2B/B2C space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing regional or global communication campaigns, fostering brand awareness, elevating innovation credentials and driving customer engagement across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaigns Development: Develop and implement global marketing communication campaigns that support brand positioning, innovation launches, and business growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional, internal and external partners to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the creation, planning, and execution of global marketing communication campaigns, including digital, social media, website, email marketing, trade media, press releases, internal launch to global community, among others.
  • Manage external agencies and partners to deliver high-quality creative content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Cross-functional Project Collaboration: Ability to lead cross-functional MarCom collaborations, effectively engaging diverse teams across various functions, geographies and seniority levels to achieve project goals. Skilled at coordinating and aligning efforts among stakeholders with distinct perspectives and expertise, ensuring cohesive and successful project outcomes.
  • Content Creation: Create and oversee the development of compelling and engaging content, including press releases, blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and marketing collateral.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style.
  • Communications Landscape and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify relevant communication trends in the beauty industryto inform our communications strategy. Analyze campaign performance data to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies for improved ROI.
  • Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders. Coordinate and manage assigned events, product launches, and media briefings to maximize brand / innovation launch exposure.

You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in branding / communications / digital marketing, within the beauty or perfumery industry.
  • Proven experience in managing global or regional marketing communication campaigns while working in a matrix organization. Demonstrated skills in collaborating with multi-cultural, cross-functional teams with different seniority levels, and across diverse geographic locations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • A dedicated team player with a collaborative spirit and a passion for communications, branding and digital.
  • A creative thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Naturally innovative, creative, and resourceful in developing and executing communication plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others and effectively solve problems.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in editorial tasks with experience in content creation and storytelling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment, able to adapt quickly and deliver results under pressure.
