Client Insights: Develop an in-depth understanding of each client's business and marketing needs, including a deep dive into the world of Renewable Energy. Meeting Documentation: Lead and maintain detailed notes and records from client meetings. Lead internal process management including project management workflows: Be the lead to all teams and team members on project updates, process flows, client updates, and deliverable progress, including daily/weekly check-ins and strategy sessions. Support client retention strategies Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, PR, or a related field. Marketing agency experience is preferred but not required. Renewable energy industry experience is preferred but not required. Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline. Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills. Proficiency in PR, analytics, and similar marketing software is a plus. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and CRM software. Key Attributes: Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
