Overview:
The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by collaborating with various departments including sales, marketing, real estate, research, and creative teams. This position is essential for crafting tailored solutions and presentations that enhance brand visibility and assist clients in achieving their objectives. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of media strategies, market research, and the outdoor advertising landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Regional Marketing Leader and Regional Sales Leader to align strategies that support customer outreach and the creation of compelling presentations aimed at revenue generation.
  • Provide actionable insights and identify opportunities for Account Executives, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of client needs and the solutions offered by Clear Channel Outdoor.
  • Identify vertical market opportunities through thorough industry research and analysis of media expenditures.
  • Educate Sales Leaders and Account Executives on the advantages of CCO's RADAR Data Suite and other key data platforms.
  • Utilize data platforms to generate insights that aid Sales Leadership in identifying and nurturing key customers.
  • Facilitate efficient processes for Account Executives by leveraging in-house marketing resources.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Account Executives to devise strategies for impactful customer presentations.
  • Participate actively in customer meetings to reinforce the value of CCO's offerings.
  • Work alongside Real Estate and Public Affairs to create marketing materials and strategies for new inventory.
  • Oversee the photography team to ensure timely delivery of photographic content for various customer needs.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
Experience:
  • At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, or Media is preferred, with a focus on digital media and ad sales being advantageous.
Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and creative design software.
  • Experience with media calculations and analytics is preferred.

  • Strategic Vision: Effectively communicate and align organizational goals.
