As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in shaping our workforce's capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with department heads and senior management to identify training needs and develop comprehensive learning strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and resources that cater to various learning styles and levels of expertise within the property management field.
  • Create and curate a range of learning materials, including e-learning modules, training manuals, videos, and other multimedia content.
  • Conduct training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and interactive engagement.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments for improvement.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development to continually enhance our training offerings.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to the property management industry.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring they receive thorough training on company policies, procedures, and software tools.
  • Support the development of career progression pathways and succession planning by identifying opportunities for skill development and advancement within the company.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning by encouraging employees to take ownership of their professional growth and development.
  • Write concise, creative and effective instruction. Course deliverables include design documents, storyboards, prototypes, instructor and participant material.
  • Create project documentation including the design templates, standards, style guides, technical specifications, train-the-trainer and pilot materials.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Learning and Development Specialist or similar role, preferably within the property management or real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and multimedia tools to create and deliver training content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative and adaptable team player with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Passion for staying updated on industry trends and a commitment to continuous professional development.
