  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to provide customer feedback and insights.
  • Deliver program activation trainings for new and ongoing customer accounts, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our print and digital solutions, as well as the education market and trends.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of K-12 education experience, including classroom teaching experience.
  • BS or BA degree, Master's degree preferred.
  • Biliterate in English/Spanish preferred.
  • Specialty training or advanced certification preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of education theory and market trends in K-12 education.
  • Deep knowledge and passion for learning in K-12 education.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver winning presentations in large and small groups.
  • Previous experience in selling and servicing in the education market is desirable.
  • Experience in public speaking and creating engaging presentations for teachers, parents, district administrators, superintendents, or adoption committees.
  • Demonstration of strong abilities with technology skills, including presentation software and hardware.

Other Requirements:

  • Regional travel may be required, with occasional short notice requests.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
  • Monitoring and controlling timekeeping and expenses in accordance with our Travel and Entertainment policies.
  • Collaboration with team members and all departments to escalate and address customer satisfaction issues.
  • Self-starter with ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Ability to have pointed conversations with school districts in the area of K-12 education.
  • Understanding of sales campaign strategy, market trends, and our full continuum of services.
