  • Daily sourcing and recruitment for professional-level placement from entry-level to leadership roles across the Firm and at all locations
  • Applying OFCCP standards to all of the recruitment functions
  • Working with senior leaders to design and develop meaningful position descriptions, and interviewing processes that align with OFCCP standards
  • Initiating and enhancing strong relationships internally and externally through effective channels of communication and attention to constituents; Employee Experience actions and mindset will be at the forefront of all engagement
  • Working closely with DEI team and council as it relates to hiring policies, processes, announcements, events
  • Act as a project lead for any Talent Management initiatives (college and experienced hiring) that will arise including all facets of candidate events, career fairs, internal projects based on process improvement, technology reviews, and unique hiring methodologies
  • Make recommendations for process improvement across all of the responsibilities associated with Talent Management
  • Overseeing junior team members
  • Approach work with an inclusive candidate and constituent experience in mind
  • Involvement in corporate committees and events in an effort to extend reach with internal relationships at The Bonadio Group
  • Treating all requests with urgency and delivering results on time or ahead of deadlines whenever possible
Required:
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of two years of sourcing experience
  • A minimum of two years of recruiting experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Software
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed.com
  • Ability to travel as needed to other office locations, meetings, and events
Hours of Operation:
  • Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
  • Our summer hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
  • We pride ourselves on flexibility; however, there will be peak business times when additional hours are required
