  • Implement agile recruitment methodologies to adapt to changing needs and enhance the hiring process.
  • Stay informed about market trends and develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse range of candidates.
  • Utilize data and technology to present a varied pool of candidates to hiring managers, promoting the organization to both active and passive talent.
  • Analyze internal talent availability and align it with external market trends to shape future recruitment strategies.
  • Engage in special projects and initiatives to refine interviewing techniques and identify high-potential candidates for senior roles.
  • Integrate risk management practices into daily responsibilities to ensure compliance and mitigate potential issues.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience in recruiting for IT, Audit, Risk, and Operational roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media and digital recruitment tools.
  • Experience with collaboration platforms such as MS Teams and SharePoint.

Technical Proficiencies:
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Taleo.
  • Skilled in internet recruiting and sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and specialized job boards.
  • Knowledge of AI recruitment tools and their applications.
  • Understanding of legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.
