Buscamos un Especialista en Repuestos orientado al cliente y al proceso. Dicho perfil ser responsable de mantener el inventario de repuestos y todos los registros pertinentes en el pas. Adems, corregir la entrega de repuestos, definir las existencias en stock para los centros de servicio ylos respectivos tcnicos, y mantendr las existencias del almacn alineadas con las necesidades del pas.

Descripcin de la oferta

Responsable de llevar el control adecuado de stock de repuestos en el pas (PIC - Parts in Country) y en kits de servicio, existencias de Van de servicio como un factor clave para el desempeo del departamento.

Responsable del dimensionamiento y optimizacin del stock local de repuestos utilizando las herramientas y sistemas disponibles (ndice de rotacin de stock, valor de stock, valor sin movimiento, devolucin de repuestos, desguace de repuestos).

Usuario responsable y clave de las herramientas de planificacin de la demanda utilizadas para el reaprovisionamiento de stock de repuestos.

Responsable de un management slido en la gestin de pedidos de piezas, maximizando el cumplimiento de los procesos y medidas de la empresa.

Contribuir a los costes de transporte y almacenamiento de repuestos, implementando acciones para impulsar la eficiencia

Contribuir a un alto nivel de precisin en los registros de inventario, supervisando los recuentos peridicos de existencias

Colaborador para analizar las discrepancias de existencias, identificar las causas raz y definir planes de accin

Responsable de gestionar la devolucin de piezas de repuesto a la sede de acuerdo con los procesos y procedimientos de la empresa.

Apoyar al servicio tcnico, service desk y el departamento de planificacin en las actividades administrativas relacionadas con la gestin de piezas de repuesto.

Contribuir a la mejora continua de la cadena de suministro, actuando como enlace con los equipos posventa y logsticos en HQ para informar a tiempo los comentarios y los problemas.

Perfil del candidato

3-5 aos de experiencia en un rol similar. Estudios minimos de CFGS o licencitura

Habilidades de gestin de existencias de repuestos

Idiomas: castellano, ingls (first), portugus (valorable)

Conocimientos de las tarifas de transporte, en las tcnicas de almacenamiento y en la gestin de almacn y gestin del flujo logstico de entrada/salida

Conocimiento de tcnicas de planificacin y de los sistemas de planificacin

Muy valorable conocimiento de los sistemas: ERP/CRM, SAP/Salesforce/Servicemax

Perfil centrado en los resultados y en la responsabilidad, con sentido de iniciativa y energa/proactividad

Oferta de empleo

Contrato temporal con Page Personnel de 6 meses y posterior incorporacin a empresa (proyecto ESTABLE).
