About Legacy Care Group: With our focus on team culture and company growth, Legacy Care Group is searching for a Senior Sales Executive who is enthusiastic, well networked and / or has a proven history of senior level sales success in the Healthcare Industry. Legacy is a rapidly growing healthcare staffing organization based in Massachusetts, taking pride in delivering streamlined temporary staffing solutions to our valued client base. Our core team is dedicated to supporting the healthcare sector by offering highly vetted clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals within various specialties. Our core team also supports critical government funded community health operations.Our executive team is looking for a hungry and dynamic Senior Sales Executive to help drive growth by identifying and developing new client staffing relationships across the healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed growth targets, focusing on lead generation and nurturing new accounts. Identify, research, and engage with potential clients across Massachusetts and beyond, particularly in sectors like healthcare, community services, and emergency response. Represent Legacy Care Group’s value proposition by participating in client presentations, proposals, and meetings. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations and marketing teams, to align efforts in securing new business. Manage and track a sales pipeline, balancing multiple opportunities while ensuring follow-up and relationship management. Network with industry professionals, attend relevant conferences, and build connections to expand our market reach. Stay updated on industry trends and developments, particularly in healthcare staffing and community-based care initiatives. Desired Qualifications: Direct connections to Massachusetts healthcare organizations and/or senior level experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within healthcare services, staffing, or a related industry. Experience with prospecting leveraging various channels, methods and CRM tracking tools Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving revenue growth. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and presentations. Preferred/Desired Qualifications: Familiarity with the Massachusetts healthcare landscape, including key hiring providers, hospitals and community health organizations. Experience selling complex service solutions and understanding regulatory environments in the healthcare sector. Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and industry changes. Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to cross-functional teams. Founded in 2019, Legacy Care Group has quickly established itself as a trusted partner for healthcare organizations by delivering high-quality and emergent staffing solutions. Location: Massachusetts based, with regional travel as required. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary range: $110,000 to $140,000, including commission.
