Our client, a leading electrical manufacturer, is seeking a senior / managerial role where you will be customer-focused as an Senior Outside Sales Representative to join their team You get to work will work for one of MA's top electrical wholesaler's, therefore experience in this industry is a MUST.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through regular communication, site visits, and exceptional customer service
  • Act as a trusted advisor and resource
  • Act as a senior member of the sales team
  • Engage with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored product and service recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product innovations, and pricing to effectively communicate the value of our products and services to clients.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations, proposals, and contracts to secure sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with the inside sales team to fulfill customer orders.
  • Meet sales targets and quotas
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress using CRM software. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.


Qualifications:

  • Years of knowledge working in the sales / lighting / electrical sales industry
  • 5-10 years of outside sales experience, ideally in the electrical distribution industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical products, including wiring, lighting, switchgear, and related components.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • In order to be considered candidates must possess their own vehicle (mileage will be reimbursed)
