Computer skills including Windows based programs (Excel, Word & Power Point, Teams, Lifesize, and other online collaboration tools) *

Knowledge of Raynor product families with the ability to recommend, quote, and advise based on application *

Ability to read blueprints

and architectural specifications *

Personal accountability for department and company improvement *

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with other departments *

Excellent relationship and customer care management skills *

Strong Organization skills with the ability to prioritize and quickly adjust as needed **Position Summary / Essential Functions:** *

Work directly with existing accounts to procure sales and up sell into new products and programs *

Identify new opportunities and recommend products to meet requirements of a client *

Assist Architects and Business Development Manager to build a sales program *

Coordinate with production leaders to manage lead time expectations *

Call on new accounts and administer training and development of new personnel at existing accounts *

Participate in strategic planning for account growth and market penetration *

Process orders, follow through to shipment, update customer on any back orders, and process no charge for shortages, damage, or warranty **Qualifications** **Skills** **Behaviors** **:** **Motivations** **:** **Education** **Required** High School or better. **Preferred** Bachelors or better. **Experience** **Required** **1-3 years:** Customer Contact Experience or business to business sales experience **Licenses & Certifications**
