Overview:
**This position is a remote position based in the Greater Chicagoland area.**

FUJIFILM North America Corporation (FNAC) consists of five divisions including Imaging, Electronic Imaging, Graphic Communications, Optical Devices, and Industrial Products and Corporate New Business Development. These companies market a broad range of consumer and commercial products in North America and Latin America. The Imaging Division (ID) provides consumer and commercial photographic products and services. The Electronic Imaging Division (EID) markets consumer digital cameras; the Graphic Communications Division (GCD) supplies products and services to the graphic printing industry; the Optical Devices Division (OD) provides optical lenses for broadcast, cinematography, closed circuit television and binoculars. The Industrial Products Division (IPD) supplies cutting edge digital imaging and conventional film, chemistry and equipment to the NDT industry.

External US:
**Responsibilities**
- Liaison to Walgreens supply chain with weekly inventory calls
- Daily order entry and processing of purchase orders
- Daily PO requests for stores needing consumables when printers are down
- Monitor and amend new store and relocation store schedule weekly
- Liaison to distribution center SAIL coordinator
- Assist in monthly presentations
- Monthly report fact gathering
- Monthly vendor scorecard recapping all sales activity by product group
- Inventory
- consumable products forecasting in CDM
- Walgreens account set up forms for new locations
- Walgreens product set up for new products
- Instax inventory tracking and Flash report
- Track OTUC recycling payments
- Schedule and monitor new product roll out
- Maintain relationships with key Walgreens personnel and internal service department personnel
- Liaison to credit department to assure prompt payment
- Clear all chargebacks on weekly basis
- Review damage charges with internal staff
- Increase FNAC ID 3PG product portfolio
- Promote FNAC ID 3PG products via web and in print
- Scan back store schedules monitored and amended weekly
- Internal international communication due to Boots partnership
- Store audits - Walgreens as well as competitive set
- Assist with Walgreens' RFP’s - account bids are sent out in a RFP format that requires analysis in a timely manner
- Relationships with 3rd party solution providers, since Walgreens utilizes many to offer their total solution to the market
- Contracts - internal and front facing with account

***Required Skills/Education**
- 4 Year Bachelor's degree
- Computer skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong presentation skills when reporting and selling

**Desired Skills**
- Prior experience working with Walgreens/account knowledge
- Advanced Excel analytical capabilities
- Experience with SAP- Consumer package goods background- Knowledge of retail photofinishing business is beneficial.- Reside in the Chicago, IL area
