Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science.

5 to 13 years of relevant career experience in ERP/WMS implementations and support in large-scale distribution centers.

Proficiency in writing and executing SQL statements for research, investigation, and resolution of production issues is a plus.

Basic understanding and working knowledge of EDI formats and Internet functions.

Ability to troubleshoot complex technical environments and lead troubleshooting teams.

Knowledge and experience of WMS systems integration with MHE Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) in large-scale distribution center environments is advantageous.

Strong documentation skills for project and production support lifecycle projects and tasks.

Customer-focused, effective communicator, and strong team player.

* Demonstrated self-learning attitude with a proactive and positive approach.

Willingness to work in Yongin/Icheon for support and projects, with occasional business trips.

Proficient in spoken and written English.
