iMPact Business Group is in search of a dedicated and proactive individual to fulfill the role of Project Coordinator.

REQUIRED: PROJECT COORDINATOR WITH ENTERPRISE PMO EXPERIENCE.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate project coordination to ensure the successful execution of internal initiatives of varying scope and significance. Employ project management methodologies (including stakeholder analysis, action planning, visual management, etc.) to guarantee the quality and punctuality of project deliverables. Harmonize internal stakeholders across different business sectors. Leverage data and relevant information to prioritize project objectives. Effectively communicate project progress, risks, and achievements to all relevant parties.

  • Assist Project Managers with administrative tasks and document management
  • Maintain meeting records using Unifier and distribute them to project stakeholders
  • Develop presentations
  • Evaluate invoices
  • Organize and conduct project documentation reviews and closure meetings
  • File, manage, and oversee all project-related documents in accordance with company standards and best practices
  • Request the closure of all Purchase Orders

Essential Skills:

Project Coordinators must exhibit exceptional organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure, and proficiency in multitasking. Attention to detail and a composed demeanor are also crucial. Familiarity with software tools such as ProjectWise and Microsoft Excel is expected. A bachelor's degree in business or communications is typically required for this role. The position is primarily office-based, although occasional travel may be necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Project Coordinators should demonstrate strong organizational capabilities, the ability to thrive under pressure, and effective multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • A bachelor's degree in business or communications is generally a prerequisite for this position.
  • This role is predominantly office-oriented, with some travel requirements possible.
