We are actively recruiting for a Member Service Representative I to operate in our high-volume call center. As an integral member of our Member Services team, you will provide a Remarkable experience to each and every member by assisting them with various transactions and finding the right solutions to meet their financial needs. You will play a critical role in recommending additional products and services to enhance their overall banking experience.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 1 year of previous call center and/ or banking experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
    •Excellent communication skills, phone demeanor and etiquette
    •A love for a collaborative, energetic, and member focused environment
    •The ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment
    •A strong work ethic as well as an outgoing, positive personality and a sense of humor
    •Prior Symitar experience (preferred)
    •Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
