Job Title: Member Services Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our team at Planet Fitness. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an outstanding "Judgement Free" experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet members and guests, answer phones, and assist callers with various questions, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Front Desk Activities: Check members in, tour and sign up new members, log amenities, and communicate updates and events to members and guests.
  • Club Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and orderly front desk area and lobby, perform regular facility cleaning and upkeep, and ensure the cleanliness of exercise equipment and tanning beds.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, prior customer service experience preferred, and ability to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods, frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, reach, twist, grasp, and make repetitive hand motions, and occasionally lift, carry, push, and/or pull moderate amounts of weight (up to 50lbs).
