About the Role

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our showroom team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers on the showroom floor, providing expert advice and guidance on our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, including plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances.
  • Support the efforts of our Outside Sales Associates, working collaboratively to meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
  • Work closely with our Showroom Sales consultants, performing administrative tasks to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Provide timely quotations, accurate order processing, and exceptional customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven customer service experience, with a strong track record of building relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Sales experience is highly desirable, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Knowledge of plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances is preferred, but not required.
  • Results-oriented, with a strong ability to meet goals, build relationships, and thrive in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ambition to succeed, with a strong desire to learn and grow with our company.
