This role is part of the global talent development team, responsible for shaping our culture through effective learning and development programs. In this role you will partner with leaders to assess critical issues and develop initiatives that provide impact to the business.
Key Accountabilities:
* Partner with business and HR leaders to understand talent priorities and establish innovative solutions to ensure organization preparedness.
* Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps and requirements within the organization.
* Design, develop, and deliver programs that align with organizational goals and workforce needs.
* Establish relationships with stakeholders to gain insight and alignment on recommended solutions.
* Leverage technology and adoption of best practices to ensure engaging learning experiences.
* Establish key performance indicators to measure and assess the effectiveness of programs and communicate to stakeholders.
* Support the organization in managing change by developing strategies, communication plans, and training.
* Support talent management and succession processes.
* Design and improve onboarding processes for new employees.
Qualifications
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field with 6-9 years of experience, or Masters degree with 4-7 years of experience.
* 6+ years of direct experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources or Talent Management in a business setting.
* Experience designing learning, curating content and measuring impact.
* Facilitation experience across broad audiences.
* Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Desired Skills:
* Vendor management
* Change management
* Project management
