Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnostics and Repairs: Conduct thorough diagnostics and perform repairs on a variety of automotive systems, including but not limited to engines, brakes, and air conditioning.
  • Repair Orders: Efficiently receive and execute Repair Orders as assigned, ensuring timely service delivery.
  • Estimates: Provide accurate labor, time, and parts estimates for repair services.
  • Quality Control: Perform quality checks on repaired vehicles to guarantee that all repairs meet the highest standards.
  • Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork and maintain organized records of repair services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Service Advisors and Parts Department staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing BMW training programs to enhance your skills and stay updated with the latest automotive technologies.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and computing skills.
  • A valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old.
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience in a professional setting.
  • ASE certifications are a plus.
  • Authorization to work in the USA.
  • A commitment to safety and the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background and MVR checks.
