The Client Accounting Advisory Team is a rapidly growing division of CohnReznick, where we partner with our clients to perform accounting, advisory and technology services. Our services include maintaining of books and records, financial statement close management reporting, assistance with state and local tax filings, virtual controller/CFO services, as well as accounting technology solution development

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Deploy Sage Intacct solutions for clients across multiple industry verticals
  • Conduct the various phases of an implementation methodology as appropriate (SDLC, waterfall, agile, hybrid)
  • Lead discovery workshops with clients, gathering requirements, documenting business process flows and design
  • Perform system configuration, testing and training
  • Work effectively as part of a team, driving towards a collective goal, filling the void, lending a hand; not afraid to speak up and provide guidance and direction when needed; ready and capable of providing mentorship where needed
  • You will be a problem solver, always curious, searching for a solution, being creative and fine tuning the solution
  • Provide business process and product expertise to client and implementation teams; build breadth and depth of knowledge across functional business processes and product modules
  • Must have ability to travel up to 25%
YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have:
  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in accounting, information technology, computer science or related discipline
  • Extensive implementation and product experience with Sage Intacct in a consulting role
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Sage Intacct; additional experience with other ERP systems a plus
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with consultants and clients and make impactful project presentations.
  • Team player, has worked in small and large teams
  • Self-starter, driven, resourceful, and problem solver
  • Driven by customer satisfaction, success and quality of work
  • Functional expertise in one or more process domains: finance/accounting, distribution/supply chain (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay), manufacturing
  • Industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, consumer packaged goods, hospitality, technology or service industries
  • Must have experience or knowledge with documentation of project deliverables, requirements, configuration, process flows, test cases, and other related documents
  • Expert in the use of various project tools and templates (Visio, PPT, Word, Excel, JIRA, etc.)
