Key responsibilities encompass managing the billing and collection processes for medical services, addressing issues with insurance providers, performing audits to ensure accurate payments, and acting as a liaison for clients while upholding company standards.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the billing and collection processes for healthcare services.
  • Engage with insurance providers to promptly resolve account-related inquiries.
  • Conduct thorough audits on accounts to ensure correct payments from responsible parties.
  • Identify potential revenue loss by reviewing previously managed accounts.
  • Serve as a communication bridge for clients, maintaining contact with client departments, third-party carriers, and the public while adhering to the company's service standards, mission, and vision.
