Summary
At H+K International, client relationships are a top priority. We’re looking for a dedicated and personable account manager to maintain client accounts and serve as our main point of contact. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving others and a drive for providing exceptional customer service.
This position will manage relationships both with corporate clients and their individual restaurant franchisees, focused on growing sales and managing day-to-day customer needs.
A successful Account Manager is detail-oriented, well organized, productive, and a problem solver. Occasional travel is required.
Essential Functions
·
Serve as the lead point of contact with clients for all account management matters.
·
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain H+K’s value.
·
Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
·
Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate customer projects.
·
Visit client's corporate office, attend trade shows and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities.
·
Call on individual restaurant franchisees to maximize sales opportunities.
·
Creative thinking and problem-solving attitude.
·
Strong communication and presentation skills.
·
Professionalism in appearance and mannerisms.
Education, Experience, and Knowledge Requirements
·
Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of account management or related experience (within the restaurant industry preferred).
·
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
·
Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within H+K and externally.
