In this role, you will report to the Director of Growth and own all affiliate and partnership marketing. You'll accelerate customer growth through optimizations with existing partners, onboarding new affiliates and partners, and driving infrastructure enhancements that improve partner distribution. In addition, you'll have a chance to market exciting and disruptive new products coming down the pipe that will transform consumer lending.
A successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in partnership and digital affiliate marketing at a traditional or FinTech lending business. You are experienced in managing all aspects of a partnership, including legal, negotiation, pricing, and campaign management, and can use analytics tools like Tableau, SQL, or Excel.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years experience in performance and growth marketing
- 3+ years managing an affiliates and partnership program for a lender
- Experience setting and owning affiliate and partnership marketing goals and metrics
- Leverage data, experience, and intuition to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Have a strong point of view on and expertise using best-in-class marketing technology
- Balance risk and reward effectively and always push to the next level
- Can switch between nitty-gritty tasks to getting deals across the finish line
- Passionate about the marketing industry and monitors the competitive landscape
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a 'roll-up your sleeve's attitude
- Excellent at working with cross-functional teams like Product, Finance, Legal, Credit Risk, Data, and Engineering
We are a fully distributed and remote engineering team with quarterly in-person meetings. For this reason, we prefer a person already located in the San Francisco Bay Area.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $144,630 to $168,765 annually, with significant equity, depending on experience and qualifications.
