We are seeking a Head Chef who has a passion for hospitality and customer service, an outgoing personality, excellent communication & organisational skills and good hygiene standards. £50,000 Per Annum + Excellent £10,000 Tronc Package The Role: Manage all activities in the kitchen, including food preparation and production, and management and training of kitchen staff Ensure efficient, cost-effective operation and profitability of food production Contribute to menu development Supervise and inspect all preparation and cooking equipment on a regular basis to ensure that they are kept clean, sanitary, and in perfect operating order Ensure that food products, presentation, and plating are of the highest quality, and are prepared to serve in a timely manner Assure adherence to all standards of food quality, preparation, recipes, and presentation in conjunction with the specifications Monitor holding and storage operations, stocking and food rotation, and guarantee food service sanitation standards are met Ideal Candidate: t High level and stable background in quality led fine dining operations Multi rosette/Michelin experience preferred Capable of leading the growing team in prep and event work Creative and experienced in office work, seasonal menus, and kitchen financials Long term future in the business is wanted Job Type: Full-time Pay: £60,000.00 per year Additional pay: Tips Schedule: Monday to Friday Overtime Weekend availability Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
