Director, Enterprise Risk Management

you’ll support HID’s success by: Leading crisis management team and conduct trainings. Developing and implementing comprehensive crisis management plans and protocols (including business continuity plans) to address various scenarios, including natural disasters, cybersecurity incidents, public health emergencies, and other disruptive events. Managing resiliency plan coordination and connectivity with site leadership teams. Providing updates, education, and presentations to staff and management on industry trends and best practices for resiliency plan. Collaborating with resilience plan site leadership worldwide before, during, and after tests and exercises to ensure evidenced capability of plans and compliance to standards. Establishing, cultivating, and maintaining relationships with resiliency plan leadership teams and stakeholders to understand program needs and challenges. Providing guidance on sound structure, planning, testing, and governance to keep resiliency plan aligned, current, relevant, actionable, and auditable. Developing and implementing risk management frameworks. Leveraging internal and external data, information, and resources to design, implement, and enhance a robust and comprehensive enterprise risk assessment process. Overseeing and facilitating the development and completion of risk-based, root-cause mitigation plans and actions, and promote the risk-based allocation of resources. Collaborating with a broad range of subject-matter experts and internal stakeholders to proactively identify new and emerging risks and develop and implement mitigation plans. Maintaining risk register and tracking of remediation/mitigation efficacies and residual risk. Establishing policies and procedures to identify and address risks in the organization’s services and departments. Recommending and implementing risk management solutions such as insurance, safety and security policies, business continuity plans, or recovery measures. Independently analyze complex risk data and provide actionable insights, risk reports, and proposals to executive leadership and senior staff. Performing other duties as directed.
