We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Risk Management to join our team at Universal Health Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for our risk management program.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop action plans to mitigate potential risks and ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Collaborate with department directors to identify and address risk management issues and develop corrective action plans.
- Monitor and analyze risk management data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement training programs to educate staff on risk management best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Master's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management or a related field, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management programs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff at all levels.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, including TJC, TDSHS, TDFPS, and CMS.
