As the primary relationship driver for the mission critical focus, the Business Development Director will be dedicated to expanding Legence's business across its portfolio of capabilities. The responsibilities of the Business Development Director for Mission Critical include: Developing of strategy and standard sales processes and documentation for the mission critical market Providing ongoing support to Legence businesses for active opportunities as needed Validating and qualifying sales leads received from various business units Generating new opportunities with prospective customers Coordinating stakeholders within relevant business units to initiate and execute the sales process In addition to the above, the role’s responsibilities may evolve over time to include managing and mentoring direct reports, contributing to the strategic direction of the central sales team, and taking ownership of key processes.
