Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive searches to identify top-tier candidates through various channels, including direct sourcing, referrals, online platforms, and professional networks.
  • Utilize your industry knowledge and network to proactively engage with potential candidates, building strong relationships and promoting our clients' opportunities.
  • Screen and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with our clients' requirements. Speed to market is essential in this role.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and present shortlisted candidates to clients, highlighting their relevant skills, experience, and potential contributions to the organization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market insights, industry trends, and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, offer negotiation, and successful candidate onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of banking and finance professionals, industry leaders, and key stakeholders to enhance candidate sourcing efforts and business development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of agency experience with proven experience as an Executive Recruiter or Senior Recruiter, a focus in the banking sector. In-depth knowledge of banking roles, functions, and industry-specific talent requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agency experience and Human Resources, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to connect and engage with high-level professionals in the banking industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and effectively convey information to clients and candidates.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including behavioral and competency-based interviews.
  • Strong business acumen, understanding clients' organizational goals, and the ability to align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Proficient in utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms, as well as applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all interactions.
