  • Develop and implement project management methodologies, executive status reporting, and overall program delivery.
  • Provide strategic direction and feedback to stakeholders, ensuring business goals alignment and effective program execution.
  • Identify and engage stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned with program schedules and key milestones.
  • Communicate effectively with senior-level stakeholders, guiding, influencing, and convincing others to achieve program objectives.
  • Surface and mitigate risks or issues that may impact program delivery, analyzing, prioritizing, and minimizing risk.
  • Discuss and negotiate with stakeholders to agree on a course of action, using negotiation skills to align resources, goals, and resolve issues.
  • Manage the communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including senior management, to escalate and resolve on a timely basis.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of Program and Project Management experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of working as a Program or Project Manager, or working on large, strategic cross-functional projects.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and experience managing competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment.
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar certification, with experience in Agile methodology.
  • AML/KYC experience preferred.
Education:
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
